The popularity of Internet make people not know how to live their lives without networks, and they are all used to get message needed through a search engine, or an official technical support website, or some interactive platform and others. In the current network, the C2C or B2C online trading platforms such as360buy have already launched the "waiter" or pre-sales consulting services, a majority of banks such as the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China also started a Frequently Questions Area. HP sales support forums and china mobile have built their online consultation platforms since several years ago. All these works done is in order to satisfy their user. The trading platform generally use manual replies to deal with this kind of problems, and the service support website let people check their question from a common question list. These measures are not enough. Summarize the two typical replication, you can get two obvious defects:First the timeliness may be failure when the reply is not in time, because the user is likely to browse other web pages and commodities while waiting for the reply, the user will lose his interest in this business; And then the quality of service cannot be guaranteed, in particular the user cannot find what he want, he will also lose patience.An idea of intelligent interactive system always comes to our topic while considering the status of network service. In this paper some works had been done about the interaction progress based on the text. This idealized intelligent interactive system advocated in the article is based on the network environment, and the main function is that one user should describe his question, and the system will give the user a satisfactory reply after a series of algorithms to match the user’s request. One of the main contents in this paper is to scan all the previous research in the area about problem and reply, then get an intelligent interactive process based on Probabilistic Latent Semantic Analysis, and design program to make it run. Next the intelligent interaction algorithm based on ant colony algorithm combined with Probabilistic Latent Semantic was born, also made it run and get its running time. Compared with the interactive process based on Probabilistic Latent Semantic Analysis, we can find its efficiency has improved obviously.In the application of this algorithm some problems and some methods of system design also could be found, some details included in the paper. In the summary and outlook part this article pointed that the selection of the core algorithm, self-learning of the system and other ideas could be discussed more. The intelligent interactive system is a very large project, and it need more people to do more works.
