With the rapid development of the Internet, various of aggressive activities is coming out through the network, as the important way to protect the information of the network, its Safety is very important,The protocol is not perfect,so how to find the defect of the protocol is very important, the hackers can use the defect to attack the internet, so how to find the defect quickly and accurately is great significance.The project realize the reverse analysis of the unknown protocol and automation protocol texting system. The system consist of format reverse,track reverse and defect testing. Format reverse and track reverse complete the reverse work together. The project use the sequence alignment algorithm to analysis protocol format and use the dynamic tracking technology to get trajectory of the protocol. Firstly format reverse gets the content information.then track reverse gets the states of the protocol. At last,According to the XML language to generating defect test cases.Firstly, through the calculation edit distance and Evolutionary tree,the system can find out the protocol format through the sequence alignment algorithm. Secondly, Through the application of using the technology, based on the Dynamo RIO dynamic stain analysis. Record the path information as the foundation and Analysis the stain to find the Interactive track. At last using the format of the information generated complete defect testing.The system can accurately finish the unknown protocol analysis and testing.It has With high accuracy and precision of the analytical function and high coverage test functions. Test defect accurate to point and perfect agreement reverse analysis. The project have the vital significance to the safety of the network protocol development.
