With the popularity of3G services, we have entered into the era of mobile Internet from the traditional PC era. As an important carrier of the mobile Internet, smartphones are integrated more and more applications an functions, including video, music, networking, games and so on. The benefits behind the smartphone also accelerated the emergence of new attacks. We are being exposed to increasing security threats while we are enjoying the convenience and funs brought from the smartphone. How to improve the security and defense capability of smartphone is of great significance. So I did some research on intrusion detection technology, specific work is as follows:1. Propose the intrusion detection model based on incremental learning SVM. On the basis of the model, analyze the selection of the system features and extract an experimental data set from Android. Then validate the efficiency of the OCSVM as a detection algorithm from points of both theory and experiment.2. Propose an improved incremental learning method and validate the correctness by an experiment. Then explain the meaning of the feedback module from the point of incremental learning.3. Design and implement the detection model on the Android platform. Put forward the overall framework. Then detailed design the sub-modules from the perspective of software engineering and illustrate the key technologies of the implementation. Finally, test the performance of the application in a real smartphone. The result shows that the application is efficient and has a good performance.
