Modern communications technology evolves constantly, traditional communications technology can’t fulfill the demand of modern communications system, especially when safety and anti-jamming become more and more important in military communications, it is a new requirement for communications system.Software radio offers a flexible communication platform, and evolves in a high-speed, it makes communication system get rid of unchanged hardware platform, and easier to adapt different communication protocol. Frequency-hopping communication system has excellent ability to anti-jamming and anti-fading ability, it also has great safety, so it is applied in military and civilian communication widely. Polyphase filter technology makes communication system cost less source in large system, and develops more large-scale system with less source.The system this paper describes is based on software defined radio platform, research the implement of multi-channel frequency-hopping transceiver based on polyphase filter. Then this paper introduces the basic concept and key technologies, after that describes the hardware platform which the system runs in. Then simulate some key modules in MATLAB tool and ModelSim software, with simulation we can verify the correctness of system plan. At last tested the actual system, verify the performance.
