Along with the rapid development of computer technology and network communicationtechnology, people’s work and life has been brought great convenience. Economicglobalization intensified, electronic-commerce is developing rapidly and in the ascendant,people can housebound buy need goods. But the electronic-commerce activities are exposed toopen network environment, and the network security technology has not yet mature,meanwhile dishonest user or the attacker could manipulate or delete the related information,which leads to great security issues in network communication and brings safe hidden troublesto the payment process of electronic-commerce. Digital signature technology as one of themost importance of safety technology in cryptography security information means arises at thehistoric moment. It can ensure the integrity of the network information, confirm the identity ofthe authenticity, non-repudiation and information encryption function, which is widely used inall walks of life.In recent years, the government has paid more attention to electronic-commerce andcome up with supporting and encouraging policies, which makes the network consumptionprosperous. According to the People’s Daily overseas edition report,2012, China’s networkshopping online turnover topped one trillion yuan. Face with such a large volume, how tosolve the online transaction security problem is still the top priority. It needs to deal withspecial field of digital signature, proxy blind signature in solving e-commerce paymentsecurity plays an indispensable role. Since Jan and Lin put forward to the concept of proxyblind signature, it has the characteristics of proxy signature, and inherits the advantages ofblind signature, it is solved the safety problems in e-commerce payment by scholars both athome and abroad.Certificateless public key cryptography and proxy blind signature have become theresearch focus in the academic circles because of their own advantages. This paper mainlyresearches on certificateless proxy blind signature scheme, provides the domestic and foreignresearch present situation of proxy blind signature and analyses the current problems to besolved urgently. Given a new certificateless proxy blind signature scheme, it can be proved thesecurity in the random oracle machine, and has advantages over communications quantity andcalculation efficiency through the performance analysis. In order to solve the problem of theagents’ power too much, this paper brings in the secret sharing ideas of the threshold,combines with certificateless cryptography, proxy blind signature and threshold signature,structures certificateless proxy blind signature scheme and proves its safety in the randomoracle machine, and gives the performance analysis. Finally, we analyse the trend ofelectronic-commerce development, with the prosperous development process ofe-commerce, the safety in the process of payment should be guaranteed. If used certificatelessthreshold proxy blind signature scheme in electronic commerce payment stage, it could beguaranteed the security features, such as anonymity, no-tracking.etc. which is of great use.
