With the socio-economic and technological development, making the smartphone mobile terminal rapidly growing popularity among ordinary people, loved by more and more people due to the flexible mobile phone compact and portable. With the rapid development of the global3G,4G networks, the rate of the access of the mobile terminal, monomer performance, entertainment applications and the number of users showed a growth of the explosion-style. Faced with such a large user base, considering the introduction of the cloud computing model to provide services for these users, which gave birth to a new computing model, that mobile cloud computing. Users can access through a wireless network to the cloud server, on-demand, scalable way to obtain cloud services, which greatly facilitates the user’s work and life. For security considerations, the user data transmission and storage of data must be encrypted. However, due to the characteristics of the mobile terminal, such as CPU frequency, memory, storage space, computing power and storage capacity is limited under the premise, encryption of data will make the energy consumption of the mobile terminal increase, seriously affecting the life time.This paper presents a data partial encryption strategy based on matrix scrambling in mobile cloud computing, transforming any data segmentation that need encryption into byte stream for fixed block size, format the data into a n-stage matrix in the memory, deal the matrix with fold, dislocation loop replacement and rotation, then the matrix transform the ordered data become cluttered, the quadratic function with random parameters choose encryption for location, select the variable length, encrypt the data with AES. randomly generated the encryption key, using the principle of the digital envelope, all the parameters and the AES key are encrypted for the second time by Public key algorithm, and the data has been encrypted will be packed together into a new packet, add a marked bit in the packet head. The security of the algorithm is mainly based on the difficulty of RSA crack, and the complexity of the algorithm is based on matrix transformations and quadratic function operations. In this paper mainly include the following aspects:1. Propose a new data protection solution for the detailed design of the modules in the solution, the data chaos using the combination of a variety of matrix transformations, partial encryption parameters dynamic controlled by program, data storage format used in double encryption to ensure data security.2. For fixed-size memory apply and memory release process efficiently, using memory pool instead of the traditional memory management scheme, reduce the energy consumption of the terminal for further.
