With the rapid expansion of data and information in nowadays, digitization of files is becoming more and more widely, vulnerabilities against file system are also increasing year by year and thus bring huge economic losses to companies and individuals. Therefore, research of information security is becoming a hot issue. Traditional method is to encrypt electronic files, however, encryption algorithm shows low efficiency when facing massive data and cannot meet the system’s needs, therefore research of fast and real-time encryption in file management system is becoming imperative.Based on CPU+GPU and distributed environment, this paper designs and implements an encrypted file management system. Based on the real-time requirements of file encryption algorithm in system design, this paper proposes a data partitioning model for data parallel tasks, such as data encryption, image matching, information retrieval, biological sequence alignment and so on. The model provides feasible theoretical basis for processing tasks concurrently under distributed environment. Based on hardware resources, the model gives a method of computing node’s performance and proposes a data partitioning algorithm for heterogeneous nodes based on resource utilization and synchronous processing. The model also proposes an internal partition method based the fact that core nodes in distributed environment usually contain multiple heterogeneous processing units and thus realizes optimized multi-objective data partition. Experimental results show that the efficiency of encryption algorithm is obviously increased by using the data partition model proposed in this paper and therefore satisfies the system’s need of fast encryption.Based on system design, this paper analyzes functions of file management, file encryption and user authentication module. Combined with the data partitioning model, this paper implements various functions in the file management system and achieves the goal of fast encryption. The system has been put into trial operation.
