The Design And Implementation Of The Commodity Money Logistics Management System Based On RFID

The management of commodity money in Central Bank is the basic work of the national macroeconomic management and one of the important means of regulating the financial and economic. The RFID is one of the current mainstream technologies in logistics and supply chain management, which represents the development trend. By introducing RFID into the currency issue of Central Bank, it can ensure the safety of the material currency, reduce the harm of error and counterfeit money, and alleviate the pressure of cash injection in the commercial bank to improve efficiency of money supply. Based on the high-rack warehouse logistics automation system technical renovation project of Shanghai central bank headquarters, we propose a computer management system suitable for the commodity money management of central bank. The main work in this paper is as follows:We analyzed the design requirements of commodity money logistics management system, including functional requirements and non-functional requirements. The functional requirements contain currency issuance management system, material handling and storage management system and RFID identification system. The non-functional requirements are mainly the hardware facilities of high-rack warehouse system, including top shelves, stacker machine, conveyor, automatic cars, and mechanical equipment. And we put forward the overall framework of commodity money logistics management system.The design concept of commodity money logistics management system was presented. We define overall design idea of the system; put forward the overall design principle, goal and standards; propose the system fault tolerant design and hardware design requirements; elaborate the system design in detail, including interface architecture of commodity money logistics management system, business process and detailed design of system database.We introduce the implementation of the subsystems in the commodity money logistics management system. Currency management subsystem is divided into the inventory management system and logistics control system according to different functions. Material handling storage subsystem consists of stacking machine, conveyor subsystems. AGV and mechanical arm subsystem.
