As an emerging subject, the network control system is a combination of computertechnology, communication technology and control technology. Network control system isthrough the network to achieve control loop feedback control system. Due to the introductionof the technology to the communication network, so network control system has manyadvantages, Such as: high system stability, the structure is more flexible, it is easy to maintainand develop the system are also able to achieve resource sharing. But always pros and consbegets concomitant, due to the introduction of communication networks, some new problemsare produced, For example, network latency, packet loss, network scheduling, etc. All of theseadvantages and disadvantages for network control system has high attention research topic inrecent years.For network system, network latency and packet loss is unavoidable topic, is also aimportant problem which influence the stability of networked control systems, therefore, wealways want to be able to let the network control system has better real-time performance, andwant to network control system in the case of packet loss rate is higher still maintainedstability.This article first from the data analyzed the recursive least squares identificationalgorithm, Multi-Innovation Least Squares identification algorithm and interval-VaryingMulti-Innovation Least Squares identification algorithm,and both the calculation amount issignificantly less than the recursive least squares algorithm,then through matlab simulationproves that the recurrence interval of more than a new least-squares algorithm, compared withbefore two the algorithm has better robustnessNew rates based on interval-Varying Multi-Innovation Least Squares identificationalgorithm can overcome the bad data, the advantages of small amount of calculation,combined with characteristic model in actual engineering modeling is simple, high control precision, which combines both for the first time and use in the network control system.Finally using Truetime simulation toolbox for network control system has carried on thesimulation research.Based on network time delay and packet loss problem of the control system are simulatedand studied, use the interval-Varying Multi-Innovation Least Squares identification algorithmwith the conventional recursive least squares algorithm simulation comparison. The resultsshow that, in the characteristic modeling of network control system using interval-VaryingMulti-Innovation Least Squares identification algorithm can is good enough to overcome theproblem of data packet loss rate, also have certain effect to network delay, finally theperformance of network control system is further improved.
