Identity authentication is refers to the process that uses the proprietary system hasregistered users to judge and treat the individual identity who want to visit. The use oftraditional user account and password identity authentication system is not enough toguarantee the security of user account and password, illegal person through the theftaccount can casually in the network publication and dissemination of information, in orderto better maintain the user rights and put forward the use of characteristics of palmprintidentification method to improve the safety of the identity authentication, the next questionis, how to ensure the authenticity of palmprint itself. Digital watermarking technology canidentify the authenticity of the data content. So combining palmprint recognition techniqueand digital watermark technology to recognize identity authentication has certain practicalsignificance.This paper firstly introduces the definition of digital watermarking, the classification,embedding and extracting model, typical algorithm, common attack methods andevaluation criteria. In order to confidential digital watermark content, using the cat facetransformation and chaos sequence of digital watermark scrambling content processing,make the digital watermark is not easy to be cracked, guarantee its safety. This paper givessome suggestions to improve the LSB algorithm, the digital watermark is not embedded inthe least significant image plane, improved digital watermarking resistance to salt andpepper noise and filtering attack robustness. Because of the airspace digital watermarkalgorithm does not have robustness to compression attacks, this paper puts forward digitalwatermarking algorithm based on the discrete cosine transform domain and discretewavelet transform domain, the digital watermarking information is embedded in the imagetransform domain coefficient, make up for the deficiency of the airspace algorithm, and theability to judge the palmprint image is tamper with the position, improve the digitalwatermark algorithm comprehensive ability against the attack, and safeguards thepalmprint image in the network transmission of safety. The paper based on digital watermarking algorithm and palmprint recognitionalgorithm to realize the network identity authentication system design. This systemprovides user registration function and login function. Take advantage of user account andpassword information form digital watermarking, embedded in palmprint image. Whenrecognize the identity authentication, through the extraction of palmprint image digitalwatermark judgment the truth of palmprint image, and then to match the palmprint features,complete identity. Finally, based on the MATLAB platform realized the network identityauthentication system software based on the palm and digital watermarking, theexperimental results show that use the embedded watermark palmprint image to recognize,the rate of recognition will not be affected, combining with digital watermarking andpalmprint improve the efficiency, reliability and rapidity of identity authentication system.
