EO inertial integration technology is the first advanced technology to develop in domestic and abroad, its integration, integration and miniaturization design can make the same product has stabilization, inertial navigation, attitude measurement, optoelectronic/inertial coordinate unified and target positioning and other functions, to create conditions for information warfare. The integrated stabilized sighting/inertial navigation host (short for integrated host) is a main component of integrated system, it also is main platform for achievent the EO inertial integration, and it have the function of the traditional commander sight. However, it’s optical system provided the favorable technology support for the integration host.First, according to the function and requirement of system, the specification of sub-system is analyzed and demonstrated, such as visual telescope, television viewing-aiming system and laser ranger, then the integrated design project of system was devised and the external size was caculated. Second, based on aberration theory, the aberration optimal design was performed for the initial structure of sub-system, the optical system satifying the aberration requirement was obtained. this system also satisfy a variety of requirement, such as moving range, multi-channel, dual-sensor viewing-aiming, laser range, shared window, shared optical path, shared stablized component etc. This optical system reduce the volume and weight effectively. Finally, in this paper, optical axis debugging method of the integreted host is studied and analized, the simple and feasibility debugging method is introduced. This method ensure the parallel of the EO axis, mechnical axis and inertial axis.Through the study of the technology, the feasibility and application effect of the integrated stabilized sighting/inertial navigation system are successfully verified, it lays a solid foundation for the popularization and application of the technology in various weapons platform.
