Aero-engine lubricating oil system is an important part of the engine. It can make enginefriction pieces lubricate smoothly;take away the heat of driver; clean the metal particle engineoperation wears down; form lubricating oil slick in the metal parts surface to prevent to oxideand corrode when metal contacts air. When engine works, lubricating oil is consumed by allsorts of reasons. To supply engine enough lubricating oil, lubricating oil mass on-linemeasurement is necessary to guarantee the normal work of engine. Our country aero-engineon active duty has no lubricating oil mass on-line measurement system at present. Domesticlubricating oil mass on-line measurement technology is not mature, still need further research. This paper makes a detailed experimental research of lubricating oil on-line measurement.Firstly, designing and making an experimental platform which simulates the two situationaircraft of pitching and rolling, fixing oil tank with lubricating oil on the experimentalplatform. Then, making a research which find the relation of flight attitude (pitching androlling) and oil level height and lubricating oil mass by high precision air condenser liquidlevel sensor and high precision high sensitivity of capacitance measurement instrument. Then, processing the experimental data by Matlab BP neural network, establishing, training, optimizing neural network, and fitting the characteristic relations of lubricating oil volume, tank attitude angle, lubricating oil level height. Finally, designing and making the simulationinterface of the lubricating oil measurement system with combining M document and GUIDEprogram basing on the Matlab software. It makes cockamamie operation process becomesimple and clear.Through this paper, fitting the characteristic relations of lubricating oil volume, tankattitude angle, lubricating oil level height, improving the disadvantages of the previouslubricating oil measurement method like calculate, workload, poor universality. It provides atheoretical foundation for the following research. |
