As the fast developing of mobile communication technologies, and thecompetition in the telecommunication market has become more and more fierce, operators not only need to provide high-quality communications networks, but alsoneed to grasp the user behavior and preferences, provide personalized services basedon client demand, develop targeted marketing strategy, therefore, the analysis ofnetwork signaling and user traffic data mining become a necessary means of networkoptimization. However, with the number of users increasing and the types of businessbecome richer, visitors and data traffic increase accordingly, especially the userbusiness data. How to store and analyze the user massive data become difficult.Packet domain data processing system based on HADOOP provide the perfectsolution to get rid of the situation that rich in data but poor in information.The date processing of packet domain includes date collecting, and then parsingthe protocol of the original date to get effective data, by analyzing the data, we cananalyze the state of network and service model:(1) realizing the running state ofnetwork by analyzing of real-time guide line of network;(2) the statistical ofmalfunction is useful to find out,correct and advise the malfunctions;(3) the serviceanalyzing will be helpful to know the state of expanding of packet domain service,then optimize and popularize the service according to the state;(4)the portrait of useris propitious to push service according customer preferences and insure the service forbig clients.This paper analyzes the growing trend of the current development of mobilecommunications and data services, illuminates the necessity and existing problems ofstoring and analyzing user massive data in signal and service optimizing. Then, afterresearching cloud computing technology, we advanced one kind of Model Based onHBase and MapReduce to store and analyze Massive Data in CDMA Packet Domain, through detailed design and implementation of the model, that this solution can help operators to understand the network situation, investigation and locate networkproblems, analyze the quality of service and operational conditions, and also help toanalyze customer more easily, the operators can push services and providepersonalized service according to the analysis. The model to store and analyzeMassive Data in CDMA Packet Domain proposed in this paper can satisfy the presenteven greater demand for network data.
