The Research On Interface Semanteme Of Virtual Input Method On Mobile Phone

Keyboard, one of the most common information input device, is accompaniedwith the upgrade of digital products. Therefore, the virtual keyboard was used oncethe touch screen technology been invented. As a weapon of competition for futuralmobile Internet, virtual keyboard input method obtains the major Internet companies’attention. And because of the low cost of development of input method, many smallcompanies join the competition. For a time, the input method market is booming.However, because some of developers lack of the knowledge of the Chinese inputmethod and have no idea about customer demand, there are many usability problemswhich bings trouble to users.In the view of these problems, the article introduces the concept of semantics tointerface design for the purpose of exploring the semantic features of interfaceinteraction design, and analyzing the composition and elements of interface semantic.Then based on the composition and elements of interface semantic, analyzing theshortcomings of existing products, drawing out how the interface semantics affect theusability of a product. The final formation is an evaluation method and a designmethod based on interface semantic as a support for practical projects.The main innovation of this paper lies in introducing the concept of semantics tointerface design, according to the three components and two elements of semantics,the article puts forward "form" and" style" as the basic two elements of interfaceinteraction semantics. Forms represent the interface content, while the patternrepresents the interface operation mode. In the end the article gets an evaluationmethod and a design method based on the two elements.The main line of the article is semantic. With the aim of summing up thecomposition, communication methods and classification of semantic, the article doesa deep study on the basic theory of semantics, phonetics application methods andsome other aspects. Finally the article gets the three components and two elements ofsemantics. From this point, the article introducing the semantic concept into theanalysis of interactive interface design, analyzing the semantic features of interactiveinterface, and then establishing the interface semantic theory, including the elementsof interface semantic, classification method, and interactive interface design principlebased on semantics. Then through an in-depth transverse and longitudinalcombination study of the interface semantics of existing virtual keyboard input method, the article find out how the semantic elements influent the availability ofproducts, which also paving the way for practical projects. Finally the evaluationmethod and design method based on the interface semantic are applied and validatedin a practical project.
