Contemporary society is undergoing a period of rapid development of informationtechnology, networking, intelligent, and increasing demand for multimedia audio andvideo-based information. The face of the mass of the audio and video, and other multimedia data,its analysis of the intelligent, high-speed processing and transmission is becoming increasinglyimportant.
