With the development of computer technology and business driven, cloud computing whichwill bring tremendous innovation into IT industry has become the trend of the IT. So,operatorsbegin to take cloud computing plans into account. The main task is to deploy OSS/BSS systems inthe cloud computing environment.This paper introduces the related knowledge of cloud computing firstly. The main content asfollowing: concept, architecture, cloud computing service model,hadoop platform, andcharacteristics and advantages which including virtualization, flexible telescopic, dynamicdeployment, energy-saving, access on demand and so on.Secondly, this paper analyzes some key technologies in Hadoop cloud computing. It focuseson the study of distributed file systems, distributed data processing and load balancing algorithminHadoop. Thus,we have a more in-depth understanding of cloud computing and Hadoop.Moreover,the abstraction processing of the system is to solve the problem of deployingOSS/BSS systems in the cloud computing environment. In order to achieve loosely coupled state,this paper decouples the OSS/BSS system by Frameworx. OSS/BSS is broken down from threeangles of the business processes,information framework and application framework. Not onlyachieve standardization requirements,but also can it improve the ability of the system to adapt tonew technology and business.Finally, billing data of OSS/BSS is implemented in distributed query in cloud. Compared withstand-alone computing, cloud computing is possible to improve the efficiency of the calculation oflarge data.
