Currently, as a hot technology, the three-dimensional reconstruction has been widely used in various fields of scientific research and industrial production, especially in some specially state. In the ballistics, the technology could apply to the rapid flight, through measuring the three-dimensional surface of the bullet after launching, the degree of ablation can be measured, the movement of the bullet in the chamber can be effectively learned, it has an important value in research and improvement of the technology in high speed launching.The issue focus on the design and realization the system on the basis of the three-dimensional reconstruction technology:By using the Fourier contour transform to demodulating the phase of projection fringe and calculated its wrapped phase value; By using the method of least squares based on discrete Poisson equation solution to unwrapped the wrapped phase value, obtain the actual value, thus complete the phase measurement; Design a set of calibration method according to the feature of the device, the method can effectively compensate for the tradition one and obtain the surface profile of the target; Stitching several surface profiles to get the three-dimensional reconstructed image of the target and estimate the its volume; Test the system by static and dynamic experiments, calculating the accuracy of the system; Analysis the experiment error and propose the methods to reducing it.The experiment results show the system is able to complete the three-dimensional reconstruction of flying body. In the ballistic, it has a broad application. With the further study of it, it is expected to improve the technology to achieve the higher reconstruction accuracy.
