As the driver of the Inertial Confinement Fusion(ICF), a lot of optical components of the high-power solid-state laser apparatus made a request for the high frequency band small scale manufacturing errors, because such structures may cause small ripple amplification and lead to poor performance and system damage. According to requirement of constructing our national large solid-state laser system for inertial confinement fusion, this paper is around the evaluation parameters PSD(Power Spectral Density), carry out the study of the wave-front interference testing technology of optical components in high-power laser system interference detection technology.In-depth analysis of the PSD definition and calculation method, for international research on the PSD, summed outlines four commonly used algorithms, and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the four algorithms with experiments. Calculate surface height from PSD function, propose a new algorithm of PSD-the radial average azimuth weighting PSD algorithm, analyze the role of such algorithms for processing and analysis of optical components. Finally, elaborate RMS1in the band of Middle-Frequency, the method of weakening effects of Gibbs noise in the Fourier transform, and the selection of error function filter.Elaborate concept and testing principle of the interferometer system transfer function, develop experimental program, and test system transfer function for different interferometer to obtain the transfer function of each interferometer. The results show that, small caliber interferometer has a higher STF, which can reach1.5mm-1. Finally analyze in the system error influence of the step plate measurement interferometer transfer function, the influence of the actual height of the step plate, the step surface inclination and the distance of the interference cavity.According to experiment, analyze different algorithms of PSD, the radial average azimuth weighting PSD algorithm, then categorize the optical element used in the high-power laser apparatus, measure and calculate different types of optical element PSD indicator, and develop the testing program of PSD.
