With the development of science and technology, the growing demand of various types of optical system of high-precision optical components. The shape of the surface of optical components and transmitted wave front as the important parameters affecting the imaging quality of the optical system is particularly important. Especially in the detection of large aperture optics, how to be a non-contact, fast line detection is the key issues that must be addressed in the processing of optical components. Shack Hartmann wavefront sensor can be in the measuring apparatus itself vibration and air or external medium disturbance interrupts case for effective quantitative measurement of the wave surface, and therefore as compared with the conventional interferometer, the incision instrument, and other measuring instruments, after the solution to this problem is a better choice. Shack Hartmann wavefront sensor has been widely used in adaptive systems and in the field of measurement of optical components and optical systems, it has also become a powerful tool indispensable. This article describes the history of the development of the technology Hartmann and Research, a detailed analysis of the basic structure of the sensor on the basic principle of the Shack-Hartmann sensor as the core test technology, and on this basis for the ICF optical components field testing requirements, design, and developed a method of measuring the transmittance of the optical element wave front aberration test system. The system consists of two parts of the light source assembly and testing components test caliber Φ150mm. The system has a coarse alignment, fine alignment and calibration features, easy to use and reliable. The experiments prove that the measurement accuracy of up to0.1λ.
