With the rapid development of electronic communications, the requirements of the electronic product functions are much higher. The increasing of the functions makes the RF module to be miniaturized, high frequency and integrated modular. In order to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the product, a filter will be used to filter out useless signal and retain the useful signal in the process of the signal processing. A low-pass filter is a kind of common filter which is widely used. The development of Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic technology provides a more powerful force and potential for the development of Multilayer RF components in terms of miniaturization, high performance, and low cost. This topic originates from WIFI wireless network supporting projects, mainly studies how to miniature a low-pass filter during the whole process. Through the product miniaturization to achieve the purpose of reducing overall outlook size.This topic on how to realize a subminiature LTCC low-pass filter for a full explanation, which including the links such as Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic material selection, Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic filter simulation design, Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic filter production process, Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic filter test and application. The Different of Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic material determines the basic product performance, so choose the right material is a good foundation. In the design process only to choose the right structure can get the better performance in the same size. In order to make the product comply with the design requirements we must effectively control each link of the production process. After the product realization only reasonable use to be able to display its biggest function. Nowadays LTCC products in wireless transmission areas to be widely applied, such as Bluetooth, WIFI, LNB.This paper mentioned product finally achieves the performance of similar products abroad and reduces the production cost; lets the domestic products in miniaturization aspects step closer.
