The monitoring and control equipments are important parts of tracking ship. Traditional methods for job training, equipment testing and mission rehearsal with monitoring and control equipments are costly and inefficient. As a new generation of distributed interactive simulation framework, HLA is widely used in building large-scale simulation system because of its strong interoperability and reusability.Building distributed simulation system of monitoring and control equipments plays an important role on job training, equipment testing and mission rehearsal. In addition, manual troubleshooting is limited, because of the increasing complexity of the performance of monitoring and control equipments in tracking ship.Therefore, it is of great significance to build distributed simulation platform and explore technology of fault diagnosis of monitoring and control equipments in the hope of completing the monitoring and control tasks sucessfully.This paper aims to study the distributed simulation platform and technology of fault diagnosis of monitoring and control equipments, by designing and implementing the distributed simulation platform of monitoring and control equipments based on HLA,as well as fault diagnosis of monitoring and control equipments based on rough sets and BP neural network. The main contents of this paper are:1. This paper designs the distributed simulation platform of monitoring and control equipments based on the architecture of HLA. Firstly analyzes the requirements of simulation platform, makes division for the federates;then develops the FOM of simulation platform;finally researches time management of simulation platform.2. This paper realizes the distributed simulation platform of monitoring and control equipments based on the architecture of HLA.Realizes the software designing and functions of simulation platform.3. This paper, aiming at solving the problems in the fault diagnosis of monitoring and control equipments, proposes fault diagnosis algorithm of monitoring and control equipments based on rough sets and BP neural network. This research, with the help of rough set continuous data discretization and pre-processing for the failure data of monitoring and control equipments, utilizes BP neural network to conduct the simulation experiment. The experimental result has found out that this algorithm can improve the speed and increase the efficiency of fault diagnosis.Finally analyzes the feasibility of fault diagnosis algorithm of monitoring and control equipments based on rough sets and BP neural network in practical applications.
