In this paper, we investigate the simultaneous design of dynamic scheduling and feedback control for networked control systems with communication constraints based on the Lyapunov function method and LMI approaches. A sufficient condition for the stability of the systems is proposed in the form of LMI. The main achievements are as follows:Firstly, the roust stabilization problem for a class of networked control systems subject to communication constraints is proposed. The purpose is to simultaneous design a state feedback control law and state-dependent minimum dynamic scheduling protocol which based on a constructing way. The way is not only ensured stability of the closed-loop system, but also fully reflected the request of system performance. Besides, a sufficient condition is proposed as linear matrix inequalities, which to guarantee the asymptotically stable and robust specification of the closed-loop system.Secondly, the simultaneous design problem of dynamic scheduling and feedback control for networked control systems with time delay and communication constraints was investigated. Dynamic scheduling protocol based on the system status information, looking to make the system performance function minimum system mode switching. Networked control system under the scheduling strategy is modeled as a discrete switched systems, combined with switching systems theory and Lyapunov-Metzler inequalities method gives guarantee the system is asymptotically stable and dynamic scheduling policy and state feedback controller Simultaneously design.Thirdly, the simultaneous design approach of observer-based feedback control and dynamic scheduling for networked control systems with random time delay and communication constraints was proposed. In the practical application, it is very difficult to get the all system’s state information. So, this paper makes use of observer-based state feedback control strategy. A sufficient condition of asymptotic stability for the NCSs and controller parameter solution approach was given based on LMI.Finally, the simulation examples demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed methods based on LMI toolbox and Truetime toolbox of Matlab.
