In engineering practice, difficulties have often been encountered to establish accurate mathematical model to solve complex problems. Since the invention and popularization of the computer, some intelligent methods are applied to solve them. Artificial immune is a branch of artificial intelligence, possessing a fatal weakness calculating consumption is really mass. The subject of this paper focuses on salvation of the problem of artificial immune consumption by the hardware implication of artificial immune.Firstly, source, development and most recent research of artificial immune system is introduced, and at the same time the study of complex algorithms in hardware implementation is discussed. Rapid development of high-performance computing market and the microelectronics industry in China brings opportunities to hardware implementation of complex algorithms. There are hardware implemented algorithms wherever in the field of artificial intelligence, signal processing or image and video processing field.Secondly, starting from the source of artificial immune-biological immune system, the three lines of defense of the biological immune system are simply expounded, the biological immune information transfer, the antibody specific structure, as well as beneficial characteristics of immune memory are introduced, and some relevant apocalyptic points are given. From two angles of the artificial immune model and artificial immune algorithm, some popular artificial immune theory are introduced, including three artificial immune system model, the immune system based on the normal model, clonal selection algorithm and so on.Thirdly, an selector based on a design model and an immune genetic hybrid algorithm is proposed. The operator of selection in the genetic algorithm are applied to clonal selection algorithm to improve the diversity characteristic. Also the idea of an operator mutation is put forward, and to illustrate the idea it is applied to three immune system designing a new type of three-immune system architecture. An instance using operator mutation is designed, mutating the fitness calculate operator in the clonal selection algorithm. And the two innovative algorithms are simulated in MatLab.Finally, the IP cores of clonal selection algorithm is designed in two methods, serial and parallel. The former method is mainly integrated by the control module and signal transferring, and pipeline is introduced into the parallel. The result of software simulation and verification using ModelSim shows that the effect is perfect.
