Design And Implementation Of Liaohe Oilfield’s Single Well Accounting Management Information System

With the structural reform of the oil enterprise and the popularity of computer IT，single well costing has become the inevitable trend of oil enterprises refinement costaccounting and to enhance the level of cost manage. And the costing management andthe controlling of oil companies is to solve the practical problems of survival anddevelopment of enterprises. In this paper, it studies single well costing,achieves singlewell costing,divides small cost accounting units. The thesis carrys out the input-outputanalysis from multi-angle and deep-seated， creates the conditions for theimplementation of the single well costing management system. And,the paper improvesthe particle swarm optimization(PSO),combines with Genetic Algorithm(GA),get a newhybrid algorithm.The thesis applies hybrid algorithm to the report analysis module of the single wellaccounting management information system for data obtained is more accurate, morescientific, more intelligent,more in line with the expectations of the people,and it helpsleadership the overall co-ordination of decision-making enterprise. The single wellaccounting management information system which the paper presents is is superior tothe traditional cost management systems in controling costs and improving profits byexperimental data comparing.It not only needs to establish and improve the internal management system, butalso needs the support of necessary information systems for implementating the singlewell accounting system. The enterprise should plan business processes and the systemsfor the single well costing management model playing a greater role.In the course of the study on the single well accounting management informationsystem of Liaohe Oilfield, it uses some mothed，for example，the survey research,theory and practice, comparative analysis，and so on. it establishes the framework of thesingle well accounting management information system and the corresponding functionof each module. The paper indicates that the single well accounting managementinformation system of Liaohe oilfield reflects the cost of the whole process control by research and practice, and its experience can be pr omoted of i n the oil companies.
