What’smore, replying on the information network,110emergency call services, SMs and otherways, the policemen have built the platform between the policemen and the masses. Thepolicemen should try their best to make the assessment as a satisfied activity. Inaccordance with the meeting, it’s necessary to build the Ministry of Public Security ofthe new information platform. With the help of modern scientific and technologicalmeans, it can improve the visits, comments, feedback, rectification, and evaluation of allaspects of the urgent requirements.The thesis aims to establish the township mass work of the Public Securitymanagement system. It involves the supervision and information management whichhas been developed as the core of the public security organs “visited”. It can achieve thecomputerization of the work of the masses and share the people’s opinion, socialconditions and public sentiment. It can improve Public Security Bureau services andprovide technical support for the realization of the masses of working intelligent.Firstly the thesis introduced CRM, role-based access control and process miningknowledge. Secondly, according to the actual situation, the thesis analyzed the systemrequirement, functional analysis, security analysis and feasibility analysis. Then thethesis introduced the design of functional, business process and database. Thirdly, thethesis analyzed the core algorithm of the system. Finally, the thesis showed thefunctional module, implementation and software testing. The system includes entry module, regulatory module, statistics module andmanagement module. Different users based on their role hold the authority conferred onthe system to input, modify and query information. In order to serve the masses, thesystem uses the MD5encryption algorithm to control users’ login and the processmining algorithm to analysis the business process.Based on ASP.NET, the system uses Microsoft SQL Server2005to managedatabase and the object-oriented software design ideas. It can provide with a highpractical value with the help of the software testing.
