The State Grid Design And Application Of Financial Management Information System

In the State Grid Corporation, the company’s management needs real-time, accurate, and complete grasp of the management information, and the resources of the group need reasonable control and distribution within the scope of the entire corporation, to meet the maximum benefit decision. The purpose of financial management information system is to use IT support system, further development of intelligence on the basis of the information, sort the data analysis, and provide useful financial data to support managers.This Paper summarized the features and challenges of the State Grid, and analyzed the difficulty of financial management, introduced the design and architecture, including the objective design, function and network architecture, application deployment and other contents, introduced every subsystem module function in the system. Taking a typical sub module for example, the detailed function design of the presentation layer, business layer, and data layer were showed, including the main module realization code, and summarized the application conditions and results.The successful application of the Financial management information system in the State Grid, breaks the space and time limit, achieves the company’s financial information real-time sharing and centralized management, remote control, remote issued statements, remote service processing, remote query and analysis, remote on-line assessment, have extended to every accounts, every pieces of accounting vouchers, realizes the standardization of network, standardization of process, and standardization of financial management, has a very important practical significance.
