With the extensive application of network and database technology， theestablishment of efficient and fast decision support system for financial and creditis the high financial sector urgently requires. The financial credit is one of the mostimportant business of commercial banks， it has a complex decision-making，management difficulties， urgent risk prevention features， but also brought hugeprofits to the bank. Bank credit decision-making related to many areas， and thevery large amount of information， workflow process and standardize themanagement is very strict， purely manual operation can not complete the creditdecision-making and decision support system is a combination of financial andcredit decision-making system， to make the credit business breakthroughsbottleneck to scientific management and decision-making.In this paper the method of combining theory and practice， decision supportsystem technology brief to determine the system uses advanced technologies andmethodologies. Development process of the decision support system for financialand credit decision-making as an example， a detailed system analysis， systemdesign， security policy design. Creditdecision-making system through testing and on-line collaborative work with othersystem, the run is very stable, better decision-making services for banks，businesses, customers, to meet their needs.
