Along with the advance of digital campus construction, university managementwork is facing the network, automation, informatization development; Sichuan Collegeof Education campus office automation system, each department managementinformation system is gradually applied to various departments of the various types ofmanagement; the Institute of Education Graduate School tube also handle a manualmode, the system based on VFP and OFFICE software management, becausemanagement departments involved, including school management, student branch,department and other departments, apparently half manual management mode hasgradually cannot meet the current requirements of the management, also do not makefull use of the development of basic mature campus network, in order to solve theproblem of Postgraduate student tube current problems and achieve enrollmentmanagement information system, this paper studies based on the campus network of thestudent information management system of student.The development of the system is to study in Sichuan College of Education studentinformation management background, according to the software engineering norms andsoftware development technology as the guide, in the student status management on thefoundation of investigation, combined with a structured software development principle,method and technology, to the campus network as the basis, using B/S framework,Windows Server2003as the operating system, IIS6.0as information server, VisualStudio2008as development platform, SQL Server2005as database managementsystem, SQL tools and based on the C#language for the development of ASP.NETtechnology completed the new system module development, integration, operation andtest. School administrators use the system can complete the information publishing, newmanagement, student achievement, School&audit and management, reducingrepetition management, transfer management, statistical analysis of student achievement, students examine award-winning and illegal information, graduate student graduationmanagement; management science engineering administrators can post information,student records management, rewards and punishment, dropped out of schoolprocessing, student information statistics and analysis; the teaching administrator issueda circular, the registration of students, teaching management, score management; thestudents can query student information, view the performance information, submitted tosuspend and rehabilitation applications.System designed to follow the practicability, easy operation, easy maintenance,easy expansibility, the completion of the development of each function module, the testof each functional module is running normally, can satisfy the system role student statusmanagement requirements, to the student school register management staff bringsconvenience.
