Descriptive Catalog Of Traditional Family Ritual Literature Of China

Being a carrier of the Ritual culture of Chinese People, family ritual literature is an irreplaceable valuable species in all kinds of Chinese ancient books. Based on previous research, the paper takes traditional ritual literature as the object of the study, and tries to create a catalog, which will mirror the character of family ritual literature.The whole text is divided into seven parts:Introduction, the first chapter, the second chapter, the third chapter, the fourth chapter, the chapter of the rest discussion, Appendix. The introduction mainly raises the definition of family ritual literature and makes a classification which contains four species:the integration, daily ritual, education for children, and education for women. This part also carries the reason of the study, the purpose of the study and the latest achievements of the study. The next four chapters discuss each kind of family ritual literature and each chapter is divided into two sections. The first section discusses the origin, development and evolution; the second section chooses some representative existing literature to build a catalog, which will illustrate the character. The chapter of the rest discussion briefly elaborates the significance of the study and lists the defects of the paper. Appendix creates a brief catalog of the lost ones in the four species.
