The main idea of information hiding is hide the secretinformation by redundant information of the image, and pass it through the publicchannel to each other. With the increasing emphasis on information security,information hiding technology has more broad application prospects. At present, dueto the advantages embedded in the amount of airspace-based image steganographyalgorithm has become a mainstream image steganography algorithm.The main work is the study of information hiding technique for digital imagecarrier. The article first introduces the basic knowledge of the hidden informationtheory, digital images, and analysis the classical algorithm of digital imagesteganography, and finally proposed a new airspace digital image setganographyalgorithm. The algorithm is based on the SM and the LSB image teganographyalgorithm.
