Acquiring and analyzing the ecological environment monitoring data, and understanding the present situation and dynamic change trend of the ecological environment, and warning and predicting environmental emergency are the basis and premise of ecological environment protection. Compared to the traditional way of environmental monitoring, environment on-line monitoring as a kind of advanced technology has outstanding advantages in the environmental emergency response, raising handle affairs efficiency and management level. But in the practical application process, environment on-line monitoring faces some problems such as difficult promotion of enterprise, deficient way of supervision and regulation and non-uniform monitoring method, etc. Therefore, the development of perfect environment on-line monitoring system has a very important theoretical and practical significance.Changyi environment on-line monitoring system is analyzed and designed using the concept of software engineering. This paper describes requirement analysis, system design and realization process of Changyi environment online monitoring system. First this paper describes the function demand of environment on-line monitoring system using UML use case analysis way, and introduces the system function cases, and determines the function and corresponding realization way of this system. Then this paper describes overall design using function structure and technical structure diagram, and designs the relational database. At last, according to requirement analysis and design content, this paper realizes the system using related technologies, and finishes whole development work.The system adopts B/S system structure and uses the concordance of Struts+Hibernate+Spring framework of J2EE technology for development. The system concretely realizes changyi environment on-line monitoring’functions such as system management, configuration management, system portal management, geographic information display, data analysis function and management function. System management provides centralized and unified management of organization, personnel, role and operating authority, and organically mixes together with CA authentication system and customer focus configuration management system of all levels of environmental protection department, and realizes the integration of pollution source automatic monitoring system and other environmental business system, which is easy to apply environmental protection e-government. Configuration management mainly analyzes enterprise information, total index distribution information maintenance, discharge hole information maintenance, access configuration maintenance. Portal system is the entrance of online monitoring system adopting advanced SSO integration technology, and is also the business operation and monitoring platform of manager. Geographic information display bases on GIS platform, and uses electronic map, and displays pollution source online monitoring data with B/S mode dynamically and visually. Finally, this paper designs and realizes the data analysis tool.The deployment and running of system basically satisfies the demands of changyi environment on-line monitoring work, and realizes efficient processing of environment on-line monitoring data, and makes a large number of environment on-line monitoring data processing work become relatively simple, and reduces the burden of staff of environment online monitoring, and improves work efficiency, and provides important reference data for the environment on-line monitoring work, and provides basic for leaders to develop the next step work. |
