In functional design, we make detailed design using UML sequence diagram and so on.At last, we use many screenshots describe the realization of the system and then describe the key technologies.The deploy and operation of the system basically meets the needs of the work of the Tianjin binhai new area investment management, realizes the efficient processing of the investment management, which makes the work of the management becoming simple, and reduces the burden of the staffs, improves the efficiency of work.
