In recent years, with the proliferation of computers and the rapid development of information technology, relying on information technology access and transfer information and solve production problems become possible. Precision agriculture to rely on modern technology,3S technology, variable operating techniques and automatic control system for the core technology, the use of crop production management decision support system, regulation of the production process of the farmland to locate, timing, quantitative sowing fertilization, irrigation, spraying, weeding and other cultivation measures to avoid blind input on farmland caused by environmental pollution caused by waste and excessive fertilizer spraying, maximum, maximum speed increase agricultural real productive forces, to achieve high-quality, high yield, low consumption and environmentally sustainable (?)iculture.Corn is the second-largest food crop after rice in China, while in Jilin Province is a major producer of corn. With the livestock and corn processing industry, corn demand is increasing. Currently the province of corn planting is extensive mode of production, the farmers corn, weeds, and other data to master, it is difficult from which summed up the law, not be able to accurately grasp the key to disaster prevention of weeds the timing and method of treatment. The lack of strong guidance, derived by blind medication, overmedication, and other reasons caused by drug residues exceeding these increasingly serious problem restricting the development of the corn production, which is the direction and focus of China’s agricultural scientists need to study.Remote sensing technology is the1960s, flourished a new, comprehensive detection technology, space technology, information technology, computer technology and the development of environmental science, so as to gradually form the development of an emerging interdisciplinary technology. With the development of remote sensing technology, remote sensing in crop yield estimation, crop growth and condition monitoring, land survey, crop ecology, environmental monitoring and natural disasters and pest and disease monitoring are increasingly being used.To solve the above problem, this paper under the guidance of the actual production situation, combined with elm test to basic data had undertaken extensive research on corn weed involved. Remote sensing technology and expert system technology into the weeds of the corn in the information management process, the main contents are as follows:(1) Hyperspectral remote sensing technology and expert system technology on the basis of analysis of the status quo of domestic and foreign corn weed-depth discussion, clear the combination of remote sensing technology and expert systems, is a control corn weedeffective means.(2) Use of advanced information technology tools, combined with corn the actual production to develop a needs analysis based on remote sensing technology, information collection system of corn and weeds. Use of remote sensing technology and expert system technology, the overall system design, determine the system database stored procedures, and information collection methods, and knowledge representation and reasoning.(3) Based on remote sensing technology, expert system technology, web development technology for advanced object technology, data mining technology of the mainstream database technology and development of technology, design and realization of the B/S structure is based on remote sensing technology, information gathering corn weedsystems. Using the system, can achieve corm weed information to identify, diagnose and corn pests and diseases diagnosis, browsing, to achieve the purpose of prevention and treatment of corn pests.This system in the experimental field, elm application and promotion, the full range of awareness and understanding of the experimental area farmers’ corn weed information for leadership decision-making and farmers production to provide technical support of digital, intelligent, and ultimately to improve corn production, farmersincrease production purposes.
