With the arise of service computing with sharing model and information era, cloud computing is forming into an application model. The environment of cloud computing emphasizes colorful media expression, convenient collaberation interaction,creditable application surrounding, open resource utilization and powerful individual services, and some companies such as IBM、Google and Amazon have developed some applications in cloud computing recently. The paper focuses on resolving the questions:for such users that need individual services, how they select a cloud service provider as his own service agent(more simply, how to design an auction mechanism to auction his service priority) and then how the decided agent select a combination among resource providers. This paper assumes all cloud providers are rational, thus strategic bidding and informational operation could influence cloud user’s service quality. SLA is an important means of ensuring cloud quality. The SLA of cloud computing describes service information and criteria in detail. Aiming at auction about user’s service agent and the problem of cloud resource providers’ selection, this article makes research on negotiation mechanism based on SLA mainly from3aspects (cloud computing dual-market cloud model, auction of service agent priority, selection of optimal cloud resource provider combination). The research content and innovative points are as follows:(1) Aiming at the trouble in distinguishing resource and service in cloud computing market, this paper constructs cloud dual-market model(cloud service market and cloud resource market), probes and proposes cloud service hierarchy infrastructure. Besides, it proposes the cloud computing SLA based on the dual-market model and describes information model component of the SLA.(2) Aiming at traditional negotiation mechanisms, the paper designs the reverse second price auction mechanism among service providers with the same service level in cloud service market according to the service level needed by a user and incentive compatibility of the mechanism is verified firmly.(3) Aiming at cloud resource providers’ selection, this paper constructs a game model with incomplete information in cloud resource market. To select optimal cloud resource providers combination, as a mechanism designer, the cloud service provider designs three kinds of mechanisms from the aspect of cloud user’s minimum average cost:C-DSIC mechanism、C-BIC mechanism and the optimal mechanism(C-OPT). Moreover, we analyses their performance respectively and compare three mechanisms through an experiment.At the lack of research on negotiation mechanism based on cloud computing SLA in our country, the results of the research on negotiation mechanism in this paper has an important reference value to the study and application of cloud computing.
