In recent years,sensor technology is attached great importance to countries all over theworld increasingly, due to its immense value for potential application. It plays an importantrole in mankind’s daily life and social productive activity. As sensor technology’sfunctionality includes obtaining the information in any particular region. The data which issent by nodes without location information is invalid. Therefore, Node localizationbecomes one of the key issues of wireless sensor networks.In this thesis, the main research contents include:(1)The first chapter is the overview about wireless sensor network and enumerates thekey issues of wireless sensor network. And then the common positioning algorithms ofwireless sensors network node are introduced, paper shows out the advantages anddisadvantages. Besides, some application results are introduced.(2)At the issue of the node location, Ranging Technology plays a rule role. the fourthchapter introduces four common ranging technology. Besides, according to the rangingtechnology based on LQI, the paper has taken lots of experiments to obtain the data, inorder to find out the numerical relationship of LQI and distance between two nodes via themethod of curve fitting. The experiments showed that the ranging error of the rangingtechnology based on LQI is less than20percent.(3)According to the demand of wireless sensor network mobile node location, thealgorithm on fuzzy logic–based motion node location of wireless sensor network isproposed. In this algorithm, Designing a fuzzy controller, and then it completes thefuzziness of input signal of sensor node. At last, the controller outputs the post-correctioninformation by using particular deblurring. Those information is involved in the nodelocation. The experiments show that the method has a lot of application value.(4) In the design of prison positioning system, the method of fuzzy logical-basedmobile node location is applied to monitor prisoners’ trace. Moreover, it can effectivelyand intelligently manage the prisoners.
