With the rapid development of computer technology, the natural language processing technology is able to be developed and improved step by step, especially in recent years, some ethnic minority experts and scholars focus on the study of minority language information processing, including Mongolian information processing. The work for Mongolian information processing began in the late of1970s, and so far, some of the Mongolian writing processing system and typesetting system are developed and researched by some specialists, scholars and some departments. They even developed the software tool for Mongolian real-time chatting.Because the early technician personnel think that the system is concerned about the "shape" of the characters, with the main purpose that the characters can be shown in correct shapes. Therefore, all the early coding is based on the shape of the code.Compared with some widely used languages like English and Chinese, the Mongolian international standard codes for information processing is issued relatively later, different researchers or institutions adopt different approaches in making scheme for form code. At present, most of the Mongolian websites and materials are still using coding of form code scheme as the main coding schemeWith the development of Mongolian information processing technology and the formation of international standard codes, people realize the problems caused by the differences in Mongolian coding. The phenomena often occur, such as being not compatible among systems, the software can’t be shared in different developed systems, or the difficulty in mutual visit among Mongolian websites. The above problems lead to a lot of unnecessary work such as redundant system development, which result in a waste of manpower, materials and financial resources. This paper mainly uses the method of "minimum grapheme" as intermediate encoding, and completes the conversion work among the frequently used coding systems based on the traditional Mongolian encoding of the barcode and the international standard codes. In general, the conversion process is the transformation from barcode-based Mongolian encoding to Mongolian international standard codes based on sound code. Thus the processing the homonymy sound character is the difficulty to discuss and solve in the paper. The process of the mutual translation for coding system can be divided into two parts:firstly, utilizing the method of based on the minimum word element and the method of Mongolian orthography dictionary to realize the transformation from Mongolian minimum word element coding to Sain coding, Oyuta coding and Menk coding. Secondly, build the relationship among Sain coding, Oyuta coding, Menk coding with international standard codes by using the minimum words element as the "link" among them. Finally, make unified and standard process of these commonly used coding. The focus of this paper is the analysis of the characteristics of some coding, the making of coding cross-references and the conversion rules table for some coding.
