The world Terror Organization expanding fast in recent years, although our inlandhasn’t suffer from big horror attack, threaten that being in our daily life can’t be neglected.China must be keep pace with the other country in the world, in the meanwhile, So, specialrobot using in environment scout, anti-terrorism, exploder clearing, dangerous working hasbeen urgently demanded for police. At the same time, with the enhancement of automaticstage for civil use, people’s expectable value has increasing higher and higher aboutautomatic in military field. So it is very significant that developing the research on miniatureground moving scout robot.Starting at scout mission on the ground, considering demand of safeguard in our country,this dissertation has put forward the robot system used in scout activity, comparing withmoving scout robot’s nature date that well-known overseas, we generalized several importanttechnical date that affects robot. In this dissertation, bimodal mechanism with forwardswinging arm for ground scout robot has been put forward in order to improve the ability oflandform adaptation, and then detail analyses and calculation based on each mechanism areoperated, and robot’s three-dimensional solid model and virtual assemble are established.At last, moving carrier kinematics simulation analysis are executed, through activityenvironment simulation, we can see the motion status of robot moving carrier vividly. Andwe can also see that robot’s capacity in this article reduced more compared with the otherrobot.
