Heavy Plate Plant of Baosteel was domestic engineered technology assembly. The main line equipments were designed by the German SMS-Demag and Siemens. Production so far, it often happened that shear line production couldn’t keep up with the rolling rhythm. It causes the shear region or middle area stop. In order to guarantee the shearing can follow the rolling, it is necessary to reform the system to avoid the stopping the shear line or middle library. Based on this, we have proposed to shear line system optimization design of the realization of the subject.The system uses Visual C++as the development language. It is used of "C/S" structure technology,"Cluster Technology","middleware" and so on. It is developed to optimize the all speed-control equipment, including the Marketing Machine before CS, Crop Shear, Double Side Shear, Split Shear, before and after the laser on the device, Dividing Shear, Length Measuring Gage, Finished Marketing Machines.In this thesis first development background and system requirements analysis are introduced. After that the thesis focuses on the process of system design and implementation. In design part, from the implementation goals, implementation ideas, and system analysis, the system’s overall design is proposed. And function design is given in detail. In the part of system implementation, the implementation method of some the modules is described in detail. Finally, the testing of the system, the existing system deficiencies, and evaluation of final results are given. Direction of future efforts is proposed.
