With the development of modern technology, the requirements for wireless communication services grow rapidly and the limited wireless resource cannot meet them. The challenges of wireless communication system are high throughput, high reliability and various applications. Therefore, how to improve the utilization efficiency of wireless will be essential. As an effective approach to combat channel fading, mitigate multi-user interference and enhance the utilization efficiency, precoding is regarded gradually valued by people. This major researches the precoding of user nodes on the bidirectional relay channel.In this dissertation, we first introduce the current development of the precoding technology, especially the algorithm of P2P model on the condition of known channel state and limited channel feedback. We also consider the precoding strategies on MIMO-MAC and MIMO-BC channels.Secondly, the two-way relay channel based on network coding has been studied. We give a detail strategy of the achievable rate areas of the three-stage and two-stage relay modes under AF and DF model. The advantages and disadvantages of these strategies are compared by simulated results.Finally, we study the largest-capacity-based pre-coding technology of three-stage relay model, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of this strategy under different situations, and for AF forward model, propose a new channel choose-based pre-coding algorithm.
