A mobile safety network transmission platform provides a new idea and importantguarantee for security of network communication. The network subcontract based onthe embedded ARM LINUX mobile terminal is the core of mobile safety networktransmission platform. It provides safe and reliable communication transmissionfunction and the server unified management functions for the removable safety networktransmission platform. It not only has high data safety, but also effective control on therisk of social behavior.Based on requirement analysis of the system, this paper designs and implements asafe transmission strategy and describes the design and framework with UnifiedModeling Language(UML). The strategy presents a communication mechanism whichhides the real purpose of the communication. It uses special communication protocolbased on virtual private network technology and data encryption technology to ensurethe communication safety and reliability. At the same time, the service system uses adaemon to ensure the stable operation of the whole system. Finally, we build anapplication environment for the safe communication mobile terminal to test thefeasibility of this system. The experimental results show that the feasibility and validityof the system have reached the design requirement.
