Along with the electronic equipment to miniaturization, intelligent, highfrequency, high reliability fast development, circuit module of high density, highreliability features, as well as the assembly difficulty big, low product qualification rate, high repair rate for a series of problems are more prominent, the assembly quality hasbecome the effects of high reliability, high performance equipment and normal work isone of the important factors. Therefore, the urgent need for circuit module assemblyquality control technology research. This paper presents a method based on electromagnetic scanning high densitycircuit module detects a train of thought, in order to meet the growing high densitycircuit board module testing requirements. The first scanning standard board and theboard under test to obtain its electromagnetic information, and the electromagneticinformation on access to its difference; secondly according to the difference ofelectromagnetic information identify the fault area; finally combined with the circuitboard design document, a suspected fault positioning device. The finished systemanalysis, design and implementation. The final test of the system. The test results show that, by use of electromagnetic information in high densitycircuit module testing method is feasible, and the system has a higher detection rate, toshorten the production cycle, improve product quality and reliability has importantsignificance. In a follow-up study in the work, will also optimize the entire circuit boarddetection process, and further improve the suspected fault device recognition speed andaccuracy.
