As technology advances under the background of modern warfare with the core of information, with needs of interconnection,intercommunication and interoperability of the vehicle,it is particularly important to allow ground control platform to simultaneously control and coordinate operations of multiple types of vehicle in order to better meet the needs of many branches of the military and to improve the level of generalization and standardization of ground system.Tactical control system,which consists of system software,related hardware and system support equipment,is an open collaborative operation control system.It can be used in flight management and control and payload control of multiple types of vehicle.The system disseminates information and receives instructions through data link connected to command system to ensure that the vehicle completes the scheduled task accurately and safely.It can significantly improve the effectiveness of joint operations.This article describes command and control system of the vehicle and major research achievements at home and abroad.The overall design of universalized vehicle command and control system is described.The design and implementation of mission planning and station control system of demonstration programs of TCS is also put forward.
