There are more problems in the using of the existing fingerprint attendancesystems. For examples, the processing speed of is slow, and it can’t solve the attendanceproblem in a time; the system is also difficult to be extended. In order to solve theseproblems,this thesis focuses on the research and implementation of the NetworkFingerprint System based on MVC. By analyzing and studying the attendancemanagement needs of the CCB in Pingdingshan explicitly, based on the MVC designpattern,this thesis takes Struts and Hibernate in Java2Platform Enterprise Edition(J2EE) as framework, and uses the automatic fingerprint identification technology inthe design and implementation of the CCB Pingdingshan network fingerprint attendancesystem.Firstly, the thesis studied and analyzed the key technology to realize the system。And then the requirements, function, structure, and database of the system wereanalyzed and designed. At last the thesis designed and implemented four functionalmodules, such as the fingerprint registration, the fingerprint attendance, themanagement of the attendance rules, and the attendance information query in detail. Itlets the struts framework to reduce the coupling of the system’s total architecture andthe hibernate framework to reduce the difficulty of the system’s exploitation in theprocess of the implementation. In the fingerprint matching process, the thesis uses thefingerprint matching algorithm based on Global Optimizing Registration to extractfingerprints minutiae as the main features of the fingerprint matching. This methodcontributes to ensure the accuracy of fingerprint identification as well as possesses thereal-time performance.Currently, the system has been implemented and tested, the various functions toachieve the desired effect, by means the system and the Internet, attendance work ofCCB in Pingdingshan become easier.Compared with the existing fingerprint attendance system, this system implementsthe attendance management network and improves the extendibility and maintainability.It possesses the accuracy of fingerprint identification and the real-time performance. Butthe robustness of fingerprint identification needs to be further improved.
