This research is the indoor Autonomous robot, for a variety of indoor environment,how to select the rational and efficient regional coverage path planning algorithm is thefocus of the paper’s research. The paper’s contents included two parts, one part is theanalysis of algorithms and the application of algorithm on the hardware system, anotherpart is indoor wireless location technology and its application on the system inhardware.The paper analyzed the existing various methods of path planning technology, andmainly studied map-based regional coverage path planning algorithm, the regionalcoverage path planning algorithms and the point to point path planning algorithm. Thecontents of the research included the specific process of algorithm design, theexpression of the environmental map, the basic road method and so on. The paperprogrammed achieved a software simulation of the two kinds of algorithms through theVS.NET building environment.The paper does researches on technologies related to Indoor Positioning, Analysisof a variety of indoor positioning algorithms application characteristics and methods ofmeasurement,Focus on the ZigBee wireless network based on indoor positioningtechnology.According to the test requirements, a simple autonomous robot system and itsindoor positioning system based on infineon controllers was designed and achieved,which included hardware system design and software control system design. Thehardware system included master-chip module, motor drive module, sensor module,indoor positioning module and so on. The software control system mainly included A/Dmodule, PWM modules, as well as specific coverage algorithm and positioningalgorithm. The paper used the algorithm simulated to apply to the robot system’s pathplanning, which verified the effectiveness of the algorithm. There is a certain referencevalue that the paper’s work on the research of the robot’s path planning and Positioning.
