Current on magnetorheological elastomer research is mainly focused on properties of the mechanical characteristics and mechanical, the magnetic current is elastic body electrical nature of the study abroad, given very little specific research in the literature by magnetic current is elastic body with the magnetic resistance. Therefore, the author attempts to study of a new magnetoresistor sensor based on the magnetic flow elastic body electrical nature. The new magnetoresistor sensor is a elastic body thin film preparation covered with the magnetic flown, in which is the magnetic flow elastic body mixed by a carbonyl nickel powder ferromagnetic particles and silicone rubber. The new type of magnetoresistive sensor main principle is that, in the presence of an external magnetic field, magnetic rheological elastomer of ferromagnetic particles is magnetized by the magnetic force between each other will produce, will also be like the needle deflects the same magnetic particles, the distance between the changes, resulting in magnetorheological elastomers resistance change. This paper discusses the preparation of the new type of magnetoresistive sensor based theory, introduces in detail the preparation process, showing complete the picture of the sample preparation. On preparation of a new magnetoresistor sensor samples, test and analysis of hysteresis characteristics, measuring and analyzing different different Carbonyl Nickel Carbonyl nickel powder particle size, particle concentration effect on the performance of the sensor. Experimental results show that new magnetoresistor sensor output resistance is inversely proportional to the strength of the applied magnetic field. Output resistance change rate of new magnetoresistor sensor is proportional to the particle size of carbonyl nickel powder. Output resistance change rate of new magnetoresistor sensor is proportional to the concentration of carbonyl nickel powder particles. The experimental results have initially confirmed magnetism changing elastomer magnetoresistance, and provide certain reference for future development of new magnetoresistor sensor.
