Design And Realization Of Enterprise Housing Accumulation Found Trading Online System

With the constantly enriching of the housing fund business varieties and the increasing of customers, there is a challenge for the housing fund management center to ensure its service efficiency, quality and performance. In order to serve the public better, Chengdu Housing Accumulation Fund Management Center has developed a deposit-line trading system of Housing Accumulation Fund.Based on the Client/Server architecture, the system is designed in multi-layer structure. By making the utmost of resources on hand, and improving the basic structure, software and hardware, as well as the network security, a housing fund service channel can be constructed so as to meet the requirement of "the Trust Mode" and "The Self-conduct Mode"By using the SOA architecture and data synchronization, data mining, WEB3.0, RIA net work technology, the networking housing fund transaction system insured its stabilization, extensibility, maintainability, and security.This corporate housing fund transaction system integrates the company accumulation business and form the "virtual counter" to help the customers on line, which is the complement of the on-site work. Though this way, the company customers can handle the business, check the information, transfer the money and print the receipt at home.This paper briefly introduces the development of housing accumulation fund, the status of Chengdu Housing Accumulation Fund Management Center, and the process of construction of the online transaction system from the perspective of the software engineering. At the same time, business needs and non-functional demand have also been analyzed. Then the modules of thee system, uses of the transaction middleware, security middleware are described. At last, this paper introduces the ways of testing system.
