After grid computing, cloud computing is a new distributed comptuing modelwhich is a combination of grid computing, cluster computing, utility computingfeature, a commerical application for majority of people. Cloud computing is set ofhardware and software, they are centralized managed by a cloud computing vendor,client through internet to use these resources, on-demand use and payment. Enterprisecan deploy their own application of informatization to cloud environment, the cloudvendor is responsible for the maintenance and upgrading of infrastructure, which canreduce the cost of enterprise informatization.In the cloud environment, the hardware resources is not the expensivehigh-performance computer components, but by a large number of low-cost servers.Every moment, throusands client visit cloud, and request variety of services:high-performance computing services, web interactive services, storage services, sothe cloud computing inevitable face instability problem of resource. Unstableresources could give raise to task error so that increase response time of user andlower throughput rate of resource, then enperprise and individuals will broughtimmeasurable economic losses. It can be seen that the instability of cloud resourcescan set back the progess of cloud computing development.In this paper, In order to improve the stability of resources, should proceedfrom the characteristics of the resource itself, to study the failure properties ofresource and analyze the factors causing failure of resources and the law of reourcefailure. The basic idea of this paper is that based on failure characteristics of resourceto analysis the running resources and resume resource that it was failure duringrunning. According above analysis, resoures are divided into different resouce queuepool, then establish the resource stability model and scheduling of resources. Wedesign simulation experiment to validate effectiveness of this strategy, the resultsshow that it could improve effectively stability of resources.
