In atmospheric circumstance,,all the optical imaging systems is inevitable to face theproblem of atmospheric turbulence。Before the light comes into the image sensor,theatmospheric medium will affect or disturb the transmission of light,which makeselectromagnetic wave surface of the target reflected distortion, and leads to light wave amplitudeand phase random fluctuation,it forms the focal plane intensity distribution as points on theturbulence effect such as diffusion, peak value decrease, and light beam drift, finally make thetarget image fuzzy, seriously influence on the performance of the optical system imaging.Adaptive optics technology is currently one of the most effective way to overcome theatmospheric turbulence, but as a result of the adaptive optical system design, computerprocessing power, the closed loop servo bandwidth, wave-front error of observation data, andfactors such as the noises of the imaging system, adaptive optics compensation or correction ofatmospheric turbulence is only part of, inadequate, the target of inhibition and the attenuation ofhigh frequency information is still seriously。Therefore, the adaptive optics imagepost-processing based on digital technology, access to target’s high-definition image makessense。Adaptive optics technique combined with post-treatment recovery reconstructionalgorithm has grown up, can get high-definition image observation target。Adaptive opticstechnology and the theory of image restoration in other areas also has many applications, such asin laser atmospheric transmission, ophthalmic medical, aerospace, communications, etc.This article discussed mainly: the atmospheric turbulence disturbance and adaptive opticswave-front technology; Adaptive optics image restoration method and quality evaluation;Reconstruction of adaptive optical image’s point spread function (PSF); Image restorationtechnology based on wave-front. Based on adaptive optics wave-front information, under theframe work of MAP image restoration, simple design of the maximum likelihood function andtarget edge constraint and point spread function (PSF) constraint,we can get very goodrestoration image.
