With the rapid development of Internet technology, cloud computing has been paid more and more attention and application. In the vast and complex system of cloud computing, how to optimize the computing resources, storage resources and communication resources effectively have become the hot issues of major companies and IT vendors. Difference from the traditional grid computing resource allocation, resource scheduling in cloud computing environment has more requirements of constraints, route optimization and total cost targets. The traditional simple resource allocation algorithm cannot solve such problems in an efficient way, so this paper attempts to use the hybrid optimization algorithm to solve the problem of cloud computing resource allocation.When there are a large number of requests for cloud computing resource services, we must develop a rational and effective resource allocation. Cloud computing resource allocation focuses on the ultimate goal of the total execution task time to satisfy the needs of users and maximum the performance of the cloud computing network. On this basis, taking communication between different resources into account, this paper treats communication time and bandwidth as constraints in the resource allocation process.We attempt to use the hybrid optimization algorithm to solve the cloud computing resource allocation problem. In the early time of this algorithm, with the help of the wide range search capabilities of genetic algorithm, it finds a better solution; In the later time of this algorithm, with the help of positive feedback and efficiency of the ant colony algorithm, it finds the optimal solution. In addition, this paper also provides the two algorithms convergence time and the way of how to make the genetic algorithm result translate into the initial pheromone distribution provisions of ant colony algorithm. At last, referring to cloud computing resource allocation simulation software, this paper makes a simulation experiment and a specific example comparative analysis to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.Although this paper tries to do something in resource allocation model building and algorithm designing and solves the cloud resource allocation problems effectively, there are still some shortcomings because of lack of research time and capacity constraints. Therefore, after summary the main research work, this article puts forward the future study direction.
