Traditional Chinese Medicine is a treasure of traditional Chinese medical theory. The formation of Chinese medicine, which is rooted in the induction of clinical experience, has a very close relationship with the overall national cultural background. It is the top priority in medical education to inherit and carry forward in medical science. With the rapid development of computer science and network technology, and the coming of information era, it is necessary to adopt the network test system in examinations at all levels. In order to make TCM institutions to keep up with the pace of modern teaching, the current teaching in TCM institutions urgently requires more professional exam and evaluation systems. The application practice, which can timely feedback on teaching effectiveness, improve the quality of teaching and o promote the assessment of TCM scientifically and standardized.This paper focuses on the examination evaluation systems of Chinese medicine theory and Intelligent Grouping algorithm. Computer intelligent goal is to solve the demand parameters that satisfy users with a set of optimal papers; therefore the grouping is a typical solving process of constraint satisfaction. Genetic algorithms (Genetic Algorithms, GA) a new global optimization algorithm which has been developing rapidly in recent years. Because of its global genetic algorithm search, random, better encoding and a high degree of parallelism, it is very conducive to solve this kind of problems. This paper uses genetic algorithms to solve the problem, borrowing biological viewpoints of genetics through natural selection, genetic variation and other mechanisms to achieve the improvement of individual adaptability.This paper improved knowledge point constraints, making the evaluation system to interdisciplinary knowledge point test paper, uses binary codes to transform the degree of difficulty of test papers, chapter, kinds of questions, scores and other constraints into the objective function. In genetic manipulation, in order to ensure that the new generations still meet the constraints, it is essential to use the overall cross-ways to deal with single-point crossover problems. When variation appears, it’s required to use double-digit. Improvement of the above algorithm can achieve better test paper strategy, to adapt to the characteristics of medical disciplines.With evaluation systems of TCM physicians, the users can not only facilitate the organization of the examination, a reasonable test paper, but also use computers to carry on safe and reliable automatic scoring and results management.
